F. ROBERT DEWALD

Rob DeWald is CEO and Co-Founder of Miami based Precedent Management, a national provider of real estate services and the industry leader in full-service HOA risk mitigation. Rob is a hands-on leader who focuses on client needs, team empowerment and development. This mindset led to Precedent’s core values of providing clients with efficient, trackable, and customized loss mitigation and compliance products. Under his leadership, Precedent continues to develop and adapt its strategic direction of setting the standard in real estate services.

Rob has over 25 combined years’ experience in the financial and real estate industries. This includes previously serving as Director of Operations for Prescient Management, where he established and oversaw contract operations and was responsible for the management of single-family assets for government and private contracts.

Rob was also the President of a national distressed asset management company that assisted clients with due diligence, financing, acquisition, management, rehabilitation and liquidation of various distressed real estate transactions. Acquisitions include privately owned low-income multifamily housing, off campus student housing, commercial, mixed-use and health care properties including skilled nursing facilities.

Rob has sat on numerous boards of Non-Profit entities that provided safe and affordable housing and care to the elderly and low-income families.
