Mairim Cuba is Precedent Management’s Controller and HR Director. 

Mairim leads all of Precedent Management’s accounting functions as well as payroll, and personnel benefits.  She joined Precedent Management in 2016 to build and oversee a strong and solid accounting team.  Over the years, Mairim has been an integral part of Precedent Management’s executive group; leading her accounting team to adopt and execute client’s needs. As a professional with over 15 years of accounting experience, Mairim is known for driving team efficiency, maximizing workflow excellence, and delivering organizational performance to successfully accomplish annual audits.  Prior to joining Precedent Management, Mairim was the Controller at Prescient, Inc., managing over $10 million a year in government funds.

Mairim Cuba earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Florida International University.
