May Galan is a driven professional with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate field. Her entrepreneurial leadership style allows her to effectively strategize, plan and organize solution-oriented services for our clients.
May has successfully negotiated and acquired over$ 10M in single family homes for large institutional investors for their SFR rental portfolios. In her previous role as Assistant Contract Manager of HUD Federal Contracts for REO properties nationwide, she managed the marketing, disposition, and field services for over 30,000 assets. She also developed policies and procedures for HOA and Utilities payments, vendor and field services management nationwide. Her unique knowledge of investment property acquisitions, Asset/REO management and disposition, and association management can assist asset aggregators find unique solutions for the management of their real estate portfolios.
May is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager in Florida and graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
