Giovanni Lago is a goal-oriented professional with dynamic leadership skills capable of coordinating multiple initiatives while managing, motivating, and leading teams. He is a self-starter who understands the value of team empowerment to drive organizational behavior, company values, and team continuity.

Giovanni has a decade of transactional, property management, and servicing real estate experience. In his current role, Giovanni is responsible for the oversight and management of all Precedent real estate management contracts. Together with his management staff and the executive team, Giovanni has worked towards providing personalized service and improved performance.

Giovanni is a member of MBA’s mPACT and consistently seeks opportunities to learn and grow in the industry on a national and local level. He is the recipient of the MBA Path to Diversity Scholarship in 2020. Giovanni enjoys the culinary arts and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.

Giovanni is currently a licensed Florida Sales Associate and holds a Master of Business Administration, specializing in real estate finance, from Florida International University.
