Erika Garcia has been involved with the management and marketing of single-family homes throughout the United States since 2008. She has worked in both the public and private sectors of the industry and has effectively managed residential properties and vacant lots nationwide. As the COO at Precedent Management LLC, she manages the day-to-day operations of the various contracts and service lines the company performs, drives project timelines, and creates staffing plans for client projects' lifecycle.

Erika focuses on engaging with teams, improving the process, creating efficiencies, minimizing losses, and remaining in compliance while reducing deliverable timelines to assist the client better. Her roles include knowledge of policies, regulation of contracts, oversight, and management of staff, monitoring employee production, extensive decision-making, assisting with business proposals, corporate plan of action, and feasibility studies for the organization's future growth.
